Our approach is rooted in the science of addiction and fueled by the groundbreaking work of addiction psychiatrist and neuroscientist Judson Brewer, M.D. Ph.D. We continually strive to integrate cutting-edge findings and methodologies into our programs, ensuring that our members have access to the most effective strategies for their personal recovery journey.

Through evidence-based meditation practices, mindfulness techniques, and peer-based coaching, we not only help our community with substance use recovery, but also develop the skills and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges and embrace a fulfilling life.

Through evidence-based meditation practices, mindfulness techniques, and peer-based coaching, we not only help our community with substance use recovery, but also develop the skills and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges and embrace a fulfilling life.

The Mindshift method includes three key components:

     Developing a Mindshift mindset
     National peer-based coaching
Behavior change resources for healing and self-discovery

Our meditation practices, tailored specifically for individuals in recovery, help you find inner peace, reduce stress, and develop self-awareness.

Through mindfulness, Mindshift members learn to navigate cravings, manage triggers, and develop healthier coping mechanisms, supporting and empowering every step of their journey.
